ALWAYS write your order # within the Notes section of your wire transfer.  Please make sure the amount of your wire transfer is for the Exact amount to be paid.  This way we can process your payment quickly and correctly.  If you do not include your order # with the wire instructions, it will be difficult to find, process and credit your payment.  We normally process payments within 1-2 business days of receipt of the wire.

Please Note:  We will accept checks, but any checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank  or a U.S. located branch of a foreign bank (NO FOREIGN CHECKS ACCEPTED).  Be sure to write your order number on the check.

Layaway:

We Offer a Layaway plan for our clients to assist them with financing their purchase of our coins.  Layaway is available for orders of $500 or more with payment terms of initial down payment of 1/3 the total purchase price of the order and the balance paid within 90 days.  A 10% restocking fee will be charged to layaways that are cancelled or unpaid after 90 days.  The balance will be refunded promptly.  No Changes can be made to these orders.  We reserve the right to limit this privilege at any time, at our discretion, without notice.  Layaway payments can be sent by paypal (to payment@coimerc.com), cashier's check or check (to the mailing address above), or by wire transfer (to the wire instructions above).  When payments are sent, be sure to include your order number with your payment.

• Cashier's Check accepted for ALL AMOUNTS
• Wire Transfers accepted for ALL AMOUNTS
• Credit Cards for DOMESTIC ORDERS Accepted up to a maximum of $8,000 USD Per Order.  For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Credit Cards Accepted up to $4,000 Per Order.  For orders that exceed these respective amounts Per Order, you must utilize Wire Transfer, Pay Pal or Cashier’s Check.
